Dear guests, while resting on our beautiful coast, you have a possibility to go on a one-day boat trip with the new jewel in our collection, a Cranchi Z35 boat!As a addition to our offer of villas, in the time period from 15.6.2025.-15.9.2025. we can organize you a boat trip after earlier agreement with us about route of voyage, port of boarding/unboarding and starting time of the voyage.The price of the trip is 1.200,00 €, with the skipper included. Maximum capacity is 6 persons.

Booking conditions

BOOKING CONFIRMATION

After booking, you will recieve an e-mail from us with booking confirmation. After confirmation, we kindly ask you to make a payment of 10% of the total arrangement amount. Payment details will be listed on the invoice you will receive from us. Payment is possible, by agreement with us, in cash or with the money transfer on our account. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 30 days before your arrival.

CHANGE OF THE RESERVATION

If you want to change or cancel the reservation, please contact us via e-mail villaritagroup@gmail.com.The full refund of the paid amount is possible until 14 days before the arrival in the villa. After that period, we are not obliged to make a refund.

Check out: not later then 17:00 h
Early check-in and later check-out are eventually possible after the agreement with us.

To be able to register your stay and to enroll you in the system of paying the tourist tax, you are obliged to send to us scans or photographs of passports or ID's for all arriving passengers. You are also obliged to read and sign our „Disclaimer statement“ that will be sent to you by e-mail.

House rules

In order to enable you to stay in our facilities as comfortably as possible, and in order to eliminate possible future misunderstandings, please read the house rules. When confirming a reservation, it is assumed that you are familiar with its points and agree with them and that you will fully comply with them. Non-compliance with the house rules may result in a cancellation of a reservation without a money refund, regardless of any prior forced departure.

As allready pointed in „Booking conditions“, to be able to register your stay and to enroll you in the system of paying the tourist tax, you are obliged to send to us scans or photographs of personal documents (passports or ID's) for all arriving passengers. You are also obliged to read and sign our „Disclaimer statement“ that will be sent to you by e-mail or presented in the facility.

Our guests have at their disposal all amenities of the facilities, including toilet paper, towels, kitchen towels, toiletries, cleaning and washing preparations, deck chairs and sunshades.

Guests are obliged to take care of their belongings and valuables left in the facilities, and the owner is not responsible for their eventual disappearance. When going outside, guests must lock their doors and close their windows.

In the absence of the guest, the owner or staff of Villas Rita, unless otherwise agreed, has no right to enter the facilities. Exceptions are special circumstances due to which it is necessary to enter - for the sake of danger or to prevent damage. The owner is obliged to inform the guest about their entry in their first subsequent contact. In case of justified suspicion of the host that damage has been done, guests are obliged to allow him to enter the facilities to check the situation.

Pets are allowed, with prior announcement to Villas Rita Staff. The guest is obliged to take care that the pet does not walk on the furniture and does not cause any damage, and immediately clean his feces in the house and yard and on the beach.

Weapons, flammable and explosive substances or other electrical appliances (fan, etc.) are not allowed in the facilities without the permission or prior approval of Villas Rita Staff.

It is not allowed to move furniture from one room to another or take equipment from the interior and move outside the house or to the pool.

It is strictly forbidden to use indoor furniture (sofa, chairs, beds ...) in wet or damp clothes, including wet bathing suits.

Use of the pool, aswell with other sports equipment and playgrounds, is at your own risk.

It is forbidden to throw garbage in toilet bowls, washbasins and other places that are not intended for that, which includes the yard and the immediate surroundings of the house.

A guest who intentionally or unintentionally causes damage or damage to property will have to compensate Villas Rita for the full amount of the damage.

"Wir waren zu sechst für eine Woche in der Villa Rita II und hatten das Glück, makelloses Wetter zu erwischen. So konnten wir den Pool und den Whirlpool richtig geniessen und draussen Darts, Pingpong und Tischfussball spielen. Es ist für genügend Schattenplätze gesorgt, so dass auch zu jeder Tageszeit draussen gegessen werden kann. Die Küche verfügt über zwei grosse Kühlschränke, was sehr hilfreich ist, da die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ein Stück entfernt ist. Durch die abgelegene Lage hat man seine absolute Ruhe und kann perfekt abschalten. Die Kommunikation mit Lana und Dora war immer sehr unkompliziert und sie waren sehr hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder oder empfehlen die Villa Rita II an Freunde weiter."

"Unser 2 wöchiger Aufenthalt in der Villa Rita II war traumhaft. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse auf den Pool und das Meer mit den Inseln ist Wunderschön. Fast jeden Abend konnten wir denn Sonnenuntergang vom Whirlpool aus geniessen. Die Ausstattung in der Villa ist schön , sauber gepflegt und modern. Es fehlt an nichts. Wir haben jeden Abend in der gut bestückten Küche gekocht. Es sind mehrer schöne Sitz und Liege-möglichkeiten vorhanden, draussen wie drinnen. Für Unheraltung ist reichlich gesorgt mit 2 Stand Up Paddles, 2 E-Bike, Ping Pong Tisch, Tischfussball, Dart, PS4, Whirpool, Pool und ein kleiner Spielplatz für Kinder. Die Gastgeber sind überaus freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Unser Aufenthalt war perfekt für uns. Es wäre eine 6* Bewertung."

"Wunderschöne Villa mit sehr guter Lage und allem. Wir wurden herzlich mit vollen Kühlschrank begrüßt und uns wurde alles super erklärt. Die Zimmer insbesondere die Küche sind Top ausgestattet! Es fehlt wirklich an nichts! Weiters sind der Whirlpool und die Außenanlage Traumhaft. Dort lässt sich wirklich einen schönen Urlaub verbringen! Top sind auch die E-Bikes, das Golf-Car und die SUP‘s. Wir wurden, obwohl wir eine etwas jüngere Gruppe sind sehr gut behandelt. In der Umgebung lässt es sich schön ins Meer gehen und die Strände sind nicht überfüllt. Ich kann diese Villa jedem empfehlen, der für sein Geld einen wirklich Traumhaften Aufenthalt genießen will."

"Hervorragende Unterkunft mit unzähligen Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Sehr saubere Location, die alles geboten hat! Überaus nette Kommunikation mit Lana und Dora, die uns auch einen früheren check in problemlos ermöglichten. Wir wurden bei Ankunft von Hausmeister Branimir erwartet, welcher uns alles erklärte. Das Motorboot haben wir von Ivo, dem direkten Nachbarn für die gesamte Dauer des Aufenthalts angemietet. Auch dies hat super und absolut problemlos funktioniert. Alle Anwesenden waren begeistert - wir werden auf jeden Fall im kommenden Jahr wiederkommen!"
