According to the data of the eVisitor system processed on September 2, 2022, during August 2022, recorded is 4,187,791 arrivals of foreign tourists (index 107.97 compared to August 2021) and 397,467 arrivals domestic tourists (index 92.11). The number of overnight stays by foreign tourists in August was 28,294,191 (index 105.45) while domestic tourists had 3,722,075 overnight stays (index 92.78). Total tourist traffic (foreign and domestic tourists) in August amounted to 4,585,258 arrivals (index 106.38) and 32,016,266 overnight stays (index 103.80). Most of the total commercial overnight stays were in family accommodation (50%), while 24% were related on camping facilities, 18% on hotel accommodation, and 8% on other types of accommodation.
